@@EduardoRomero-yl6jr yea the one I have in there now is oem ima try and buy a denso that’s what the tuner recommended or someone commented about changing the pulley on the alternator to a under driven pulley.
coming from the V8 world, when you start revving past 7000rpms you usually need to change to a larger alternator pulley to slow it down in the high rpms so it doesnt over spin and destroy the alternator.
@@wfojmill bro thanks your the 2nd person that has told me that I’m currently looking into changing out the pulley. So I am gonna need a bigger pulley your saying?
@@KAE-PerformanceRacing yea I’m having it on both my cars the tuner told me and recommend I go with a denso alternator from rock auto cause supposedly the ones at local parts store like advance and Autozone are no good so ima try that. G.L
@@wisin_k20 My K24 Eg has Jackspania harness, conversion harness and charge harness. Autozone alternator. Drops to 12.3 on WOT. My K20 Eg has oem alternator, Jackspania harness, conversion harness and Rywire charge and drops 13.3 on WOT I’m guessing it’s the cheap alternator.
You did the right thing to take it to the import. DPS those guys are awesome, especially Danny, the tuner.
@@orlandorivera364 yea he was cool and very knowledgeable and always answered when I reached out.
That eg bubble clean.🔥🔥🔥

I had low voltage in my k series when I put a brand new autozone one. I put an Oem one and it resolved my issue. Ps keep pumping the content.

Your Eg came out fire 🔥. That's good numbers even with all problems you had. Can't wait to see full power pull you at the track. ✌️🙏🏆🧰🛠💯🇵🇷
@@ZepolWorkzGarage yea bro I’m super exited to get it back on the dyno to see that 300+ reading.
Hey bro. Dropping voltage at high rpm is due to over spinning the alternator.
You need a under driven pulley

I’m gonna have to try the oem alternator on the k24 Eg and see what it does. That will narrow down my search
@@KAE-PerformanceRacing yea I think the same thing it’s the cheap alternator cause that’s what the tuner told me. Where is your battery located at?
