Also, can you help me with how I can power the board using a permanent source with the help of a HiLink Power Module? I mean, if using an external power source, to which pin of TTGO should I connect the 5V output of the external source.

Use 5v pin of board to external power and dont give more than 5v to it...

@@TechnicalRomboz Thank you so much. I had one doubt though, on my TTGO (V1.4), the 5V pin is labelled as 5V-OUT. Can I still use it to power the board? Also, can I simultaneously use the USB C cable to observe the serial monitor while powering it using the 5V pin?
