I'm with you 100%, Bandy Lee's message is so important, on so many levels.
I've been trying to urge her to post some short clips of these great points. They need to be seen in this format, because unfortunately most of our countrymen don't have an attention span that goes beyond a tweet or a TH-cam short.
When humility is not in the right place and this is the consequences. Although you are the dog’s owner but if you always poke fun at it then it will bite you. They are the professors , Do they recognise he was abused during over 3 years and what consequences will happen to victim. Why do they ignore and shut mouth and let them hunting him like hunting animal . Where is their professional conscience? I like this conference but dislike the term mental health. It is a misnomer and does not capture the sense of trauma and stress and environmental factors that all play a role in human beings ability to navigate life. The skin is the the largest organ in the human body. This if human touch and the difference between a hug and a kick or a bash to the head. I think this is part of the former president’s original issues. WE need to expand nd use a different phrase and then also use the concept of public prevention to address the multifactored system in any trauma experience that creates problems in living. Emergency Departments should have healing pods because times is of essence in terms of healing.
I’m extremely worried and have been for quite some time for our Country if Donald Trump wins this election.
