Amazing theory, but one little contradiction. The truth is Palpatine would have executed Order 66 as he would sense his hold over Skywalker slipping. The Jedi are spread right now and so Palpatine would use this as a chance to execute Order 66. He would order for the Clones to apprehend Skywalker, not kill him, since I have little doubt he had made sure was a plan just in case Skywalker went off Coruscant. And Skywalker and Kenobi would escape and begin the Rebellion. Of course this fic is perfect as is. :)

Alternate ending taking inspiration from the 2003 Clone Wars: The Jedi wouldn't know about General Griveous for a very long time, Shaak-Ti, Ki-Adi Mundi and Aayla Secura would have be killed during that encounter and their Clone commandos arriving too late to save them or find out who did it. During the mission where Griveous is sent to capture Palpatine, it is likely that Windu would be assigned to be Palpatine's escort instead of Shaak-Ti (for obvious reasons) and Palpatine could see that as the perfect moment to get rid of Griveous; But either during the confrontation between Mace and Griveous, or some time after, Mace Windu discovers of Palpatine's true nature much sooner than originally intended. Could make the argument for either Griveous surviving or Palpatine being able to kill Griveous by catching him off guard while being taken to the ship...
You said Grievous was the last sith but theres one thing you overlooked MAUL. Darth Maul is still alive by this point. We need a part 2 where all of this comes together
If Grievous was sensitive... He would have been forced to develop only mental feats, as that is only what he was left as. *No pushing, pulling, lifting, moving... *No physical augments; speed, jumping, crushing, absorption, deflection(of lightning), or the use of lightning, etc... But, on the other hand... He could really develop skills like; *mental persuasion (Even to point of death) *some sith sorcery *maybe drain or battle meditation Curious where this thought could go.
The realistic chance for Grievous to become force sensitive is Darth Plagueis the Wise. He had control over midichloriams and was capable to turn them off, create or mutate beings and make higher amount of midichlorians in a body = give more force sensitivity. If he survived into the clone wars, just imagine what powers he could create.
What not a lot of people realize is that the force flows through all living beings, and it needs living flesh to command it. Grievous as we know him doesn't have almost any flesh at all. Even if his midichlorian count was high he wouldn't be able to wield the force barely at all in way of lifting objects, it would only really enhance his senses
Perhaps that’s what happens, he only has a few organs left and while he was proficient in the force it’s extremely limited due to the cybernetics, but this is the whole reason grievous is mechanised, to restrain his force power
What if Savage Opress and Maul became Jedi? Idk if that has been done or not, you could also do what if savage became a Jedi and maul stayed dark. Or u should do what if Dooku betrayed/killed Sidious?
What if Dooku put more time and resources into researching the potential of nano droids? I feel like he could crack the code of the nature of midichlorians, possibly using the nano droids to make more.

He’d have run circles around Anakin, but sadly, I think if Dooku tried to use a lot of the force, with that many midichlorians, at his age, without proper modifications, he’d be dead. The amount of dark side degradation he’d suffer would be far worse than sidious after he got his lightning thrown back in his face. He’d need to reinforce his body with nano droids to ward off dark side degradation, even down to the midichlorian he possesses, which given their size compared to a nano droid would definitely be doable.

Or what about an apprentice fight to the death between mall, grievous, and possibly Sauvage oppress? To see which Sith apprentice is the most worthy.
I don’t think Grievous would be very powerful. Darth Vader lost a lot of his power when he became more machine than man. The reason why is because he lost so many midichlorians from losing parts of his body. General Grievous had less organic parts, less blood, less midichlorians. If he was only threatening with his enhancements, then he wasn’t much of a Sith. If he was a formidable Sith without enhancements as a cyborg, then he would be God like with an intact body and might seek to restore his lost body so he can kill more Jedi. Maybe he’d go visit the world between worlds.
Also didn’t dooku try to make grievous force sensitive by putting him in sido-Dias blood or something like that? I’m pretty sure he did this and was planning to overthrow sidious but I could be wrong
Yeah that's why when he entered the phase where he became Grievous I related him to Vader, but because he wouldn't have as much talent as Vader he really wouldn't have much to offer in the force
This isn't the hate this just to put it out there but you know the reason why grievous wasn't for sensitive cuz that's not being born with it was the fact that because of his cyborg body he had basically no manichlorians which is what gives the force the force robots and cyborgs do not have minichlorians cuz minichlorians provide living flesh parties Force that's the reason why he can use Force to begin with and again the fact that he wasn't born with it and he didn't choose it that was a system manipulation technique the truth is when he was going off to fight the the bugs known as the Huck a bomb was placed by dooku in his transport ship thus disabling systems and crashing it into the sea grievous only had internal bleeding his body was not damaged at all or anything the problem is dooku want to make him only understand orders and basically be a Droid so he put his body in cybernetics again this is not to hate this is just to put some light on some stuff that I noticed
