Do more of your hobbies, explore deep, spend less time in social media platforms or listening to news, watch a letsplay or a movie, relax with music, play a game, walk in the city if you have parks, go to a shop or to a hobby shop , build your bubble and dive deep in it, your life goes in the pace you make it , no need to rush things , what has passed is gone now, what is happening is now and what will is defined by the actions of now.
