Hey 15 year old boy go cut your neighbors yard on the weekends or get a part time job and I guarantee you that in a week you’ll have the money to buy this guitar for $200 that’s nothing I don’t know if you like to work or not or you know you’re lazy and like to just sit around and play video games but if you go out and you pursue your dreams they all come true and before you know it you’ll be playing in strumming this guitar the blessing is that you’re able to work every day you wake up thank God that you’re breathing and you have your health that’s the true blessing nothing is free in this life life is what you make of it and don’t you forget that peace
I bought this Oliver Jr and sounds like a toy to me, so I changed the strings to Elixirs Phosphorus Bronze Medium and it made a miracle. I wonder what would happen if I install the planet wave O-port? The preamp does wonders with this guitar. So if you plan to buy one, buy it with the preamp pickup.
I love the way these guitars look and sound recently I have gotten more into performing for people and I think this would be perfect for travel and I would be happy to receive this whoever does get the guitar they will be very lucky
I LOVE THE SOUND AND LOOK OF THIS LITTLE GUITAR!!! I was in a severe wreck in my younger days and sustained a TBI PCS! PTSD! I was basically a blind parallelized veggie for a short time with amnesia! Trapped inside my body and mind! I received 000 medical care or help despite my condition nor the massive swelling on my brain!! And spine! I was forced to recover on my own! I have been disabled since!!! Been in 2 more wrecks over my many yrs! And a ton of falls and odd accidents! In one bad fall is severely injured my rt shoulder! So between that and my neck and spine injuries I have a very hard time playing a full size guitar! The small lightweight ones r the only ones I can play for very long at all!! I have been Disabled most my life now and much older now and on a tight as hell fixed income!! I cannot afford anything!!! Not even my bills!! I got tons of shit and jerseys breathing dn my neck about shit when I can't even afford to live!!! SO me ever buying any new or even used guitar now is out of the question!!! IT is a dream I will never have!!! What I'd love to have most is the new Luna with the Koa body...dark body with beautiful decorations around the hole and up the fret board!! But it is like 700!? And I KNOW IT US BEYOND MY REACH!!!! This one is to!! My Birthday will be coming up on CMAS Day and this would ABSOLUTELY MAKE 1 DISABLED OLD POOR LADY 1 FREAKIN HAPPY LADY!!!! GOOD THINGS NEVER HAPPEN TO ME!!! SO I WONT HOLD MY BREATH!!! But I guess I can still have fake dreams....!?

Excellent demo. I love that you play actual structured music on your demos rather than noodle about as do so many others. I've been GASing for a small bodied/parlor guitar to use on recordings and to play around the house when the spirit moves me and, even though I'd love to have a Gibson or Bedell small body, I can't justify (or afford) to pay between $1500 & 2500 right now. Your video makes me feel comfortable enough to order one of the Oliver Jr's without worrying that the sound would be weak, the fretboard difficult to play and the tuning machines untrustworthy as with many low priced guitars. Hey fellow guitar lovers, I’m an aspiring singer songwriter like I’m sure a lot of you are. I go down to LA every weekend with my guitar that’s a big old Costco dreadnought that I’ve had since I was about 8 years old. Its a bit beat up and hard to lug all the way down to LA which is about an hours drive. This guitar would not only be perfect for the drive but I’m sure would be a great addition to my musical journey. This was a fantastic review! Love mini guitars! I have a Taylor GS mini mahogany. I liked it so much I sold all my full size acoustics including my Martin. They are just so fun and easy to play. I will be picking up an Orangewood for my 8 year old son probably for Christmas!

This was a great in depth look at the guitar with just the right amount of playing and talking. I do not own a travel guitar yet so have been checking them out recently, hoping to get one so I can have something easy to bring back and forth with me to teach lessons and travel with. I have the Morgan S live and it resides on the chair next to me. Love that guitar. My mother has alzheimers and even though it's a little on the large side it goes with me every day when I see her to play for her. I'm glad orangewood came out with a nicer Jr. guitar.

Orangewood, a new guitar company right in Orange, CA is making waves for their very reasonably priced but well built guitars. Mahogany makes a warmer sound, not too bright. I hope they make classical guitars also. I like the sound of nylon strings.

I can't remember if I commented the first time I watched the video or not! I do really like the guitar and would love to have something smaller than my dreadnought to travel with and play on the couch! Orangewood has such a great reputation that I don't think anyone would be disappointed with one of their instruments.

It's been an entire year since I had to leave my only guitar back in my dorm because of the pandemic. The landlord doesn't really guarantee keeping our stuff safe so i'm getting kinda worried that my guitar have been stolen. Orangewood guitars have been in my mind for quite some time now and i'm earning money little by little hopefully having enough to buy me a new one. Still, the guitar brand doesn't offer international shipping, so i might have to wait.
Nice demo. I wasn't thinking of buying any more gear this year, but finding out about this guitar is making me think I might be able to fit one more guitar in this year.
I'm glad small guitars are having their moment, and we're finally getting some affordable models. Hate that Parlor guitars cost 2x what a dreadnought does.

12th fret string height measurements would be a good indication of how well the neck is cut and set to the guitar body. A little talky, still a good video. Thanks!

Hey Patrick, hard to believe such good quality at this price point! Been playing for most of my life, but always been afraid to take my Guild or any of the Martins i have owned, too far from home. This one looks like it would fit the bill for just about any occasion. Sound is awesome for such a small design! Love it! Thanks for the great video.
I just picked one of these today. As the title says "packs a punch" it sure does. I played the Martin and Taylor equivalents and as much as they were great guitars and sounded great....I liked the feel,finish and playability of the Orangewood. I have a big shitty grin on now and can see myself playing this alot. Real fun guitar.

Wow! This guitar looks so good, thanks for your review! Maybe I will buy this beautiful guitar from my salary, so I can have an acoustic guitar in my bedroom to play there too sometimes and have nice breaks during studying (I have an electric guitar downstairs). I can use it for acoustic songs in my band too and make songs with it. I hope to bring it with me on holidays. My electric guitar is not very handy to bring in the airplane. It is on my bucketlist to play in the sun close to the sea, I hope I can do this when I go to Greece in the summer! Love your vids, keep up the good work!!

12th fret string height measurements would be a good indication of how well the neck is cut and set to the guitar body. A little talky, still a good video. Thanks!

Hey Patrick, hard to believe such good quality at this price point! Been playing for most of my life, but always been afraid to take my Guild or any of the Martins i have owned, too far from home. This one looks like it would fit the bill for just about any occasion. Sound is awesome for such a small design! Love it! Thanks for the great video.

As the title says "packs a punch" it sure does. I played the Martin and Taylor equivalents and as much as they were great guitars and sounded great....I liked the feel,finish and playability of the Orangewood.
I have a big shitty grin on now and can see myself playing this alot.
Real fun guitar.
Martin and Taylor equivalents? Are you high? Or is that just straight advertising copy? No one thinks these guitars are remotely in the same universe as taylor and Martin

Wow! This guitar looks so good, thanks for your review! Maybe I will buy this beautiful guitar from my salary, so I can have an acoustic guitar in my bedroom to play there too sometimes and have nice breaks during studying (I have an electric guitar downstairs). I can use it for acoustic songs in my band too and make songs with it. I hope to bring it with me on holidays. My electric guitar is not very handy to bring in the airplane. It is on my bucketlist to play in the sun close to the sea, I hope I can do this when I go to Greece in the summer! Love your vids, keep up the good work!!
