2024 (6 years later), I'm still here listening to this hit 🔥. It brings back all the memories of my Matric year 2018, one of the best years ever in my life. During the weekends coming back from school around 17h00, tired and hungry as fuck, seeing people chilling eKasi, enjoying their weekend blasting this song on full volume ah ah ah Mlindo mfwethu, bhuti salute 💙🙌🤝. 6 years later i'm a graduate myself and currently doing my 2nd year of my 2nd Degree (Qualification).
back in 2017 I was doing grade 6 & i was the only guy that hasn't heard the song in my friend group. I remember them laughing at me when they sang the song & i did not know the lyrics of the song😂😂😂😂. Few days after, i then see the music video of this song on Channel O, i fell in love with the song for real. The year now is 2024, I'm now a first year in university. Hope my grade 6 friends are still doing well, i haven't seen them since 2017 but this song takes me back to the moments i had with them, walking together after school. I miss them so much.
