This is round 14 of the 2007 Amp'd Mobile AMA Supercross Championship, and round 15 of the 2006/2007 Amp'd Mobile World Supercross GP from Ford Field in Detroit, MI.
Returning contenders like 2004 champ Chad Reed, defending World Supercross champ James Stewart, Travis Preston, Nick Wey, Ivan Tedesco, Michael Byrne, Tim Ferry, David Vuillemin, Nathan Ramsey, Grant Langston, Kevin Windham, and defending champ Ricky Carmichael battle it out for the 2007 Amp'd Mobile AMA Supercross Championship and the 2006/2007 Amp'd Mobile World Supercross GP. This is Ricky Carmichael's part-time season, and is dominated by James Stewart.

@@tambourahall7865 If you were to ask any of the past racers from the '80s like Jeff Ward, Rick Johnson, Damon Bradshaw and Bob Hannah, I'd bet money that they'd all disagree with James being called "the GOAT." While he may have elevated the sport with his break-neck speed, let's face facts: he was NO MATCH for RV and RD, and eventually, he became no match for Chad Reed because he went SX-only at the prime of his career.
