We just made a pot roast the other day and used radishes as a potato substitute and it was great. Takes on the taste of what is being cooked and has the same texture of potatoes.
It’s not that you don’t have to secure it, you shouldn’t. Securing it is for transporting it. If you secure it while cooking it can cause pressure to build up and explode 😰
Oh and thank you for remaining consistent with your content. It seems like everyone I was following has now jumped on a different ban wagon. Any ideas for another low carb channels to follow other than yourself and Kristi

Don't forget you can use radishes in place of potato or just adding. They are a nice low carb replacement in the pot roast dish 😋
