    How Colin Hart and Gareth Davies have the Brassneck to sit feet away from Joshua amazes me . Hart in his 80,s suggested AJ SHOULD RETIRE. and Davies with the rest of the talksport trolls has to be careful not to upset the playground bully simon jordon . Matchroom need to stop giving these haters press passes.

      You’re right but sometimes it’s good to let your haters in but have no emotional attachment to their words. This is what I’m seeing of AJ now. He’s calling them out and sticking it on them and in the process he’s turning the tables of discomfort in their direction. They feel uncomfortable showing him respect knowing they disrespect him behind his back and it’s only just starting. When he becomes champion again or gets that big victory, they’ll know they don’t deserve to celebrate with him and he’ll be able to read through their B.S

    Anthony Joshua will rise again.
    In AJ perspective the fight with Jermaine Franklin was great fight for him; maybe not so much for the fans. - Aj was able to work on his fundamentals and what Derick James has taught him. Franklin is also a fighter who uses fundamentals. So it’s fundamentals vs fundamentals exactly what AJ needed.
    AJ Fights Whyte next. A opponent who will bring the best out of Aj due to the rivalry. Aj will have to combine fundamentals and spite against Whyte which will lead him into being confident in himself to decapitate the Alabama Bronze Bomber in Deontay Wilder.

    7:34 what is this obsession with the idea of 'the old version' of Joshua coming back? This type of perspective seemingly comes from people that can't recognise anything to be good unless it's a knockout. 'Technical improvements, what does that mean?' These dull narratives that people project like they're fact are tedious.

    What AJ needs to remember is Fury over came a huge cut in that fight and still won. AJ has only overcome adversity once against an old Klitschko. He folded against Ruiz, folded against Usyk twice. That’s what he forgets about the Fury Wallin fight.

    • @ADK_MSE
      @ADK_MSE ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Wrong, AJ got concussion in the Ruiz fight, from the shot behind the ear. He went in for the kill and got counter punched, it was a complete shot from the Gods (btw that was the first time Ruiz had ever been put down) Won the rematch giving Ruiz a boxing lesson, Ruiz wasnt exactly on good weight but still won the rematch. Usyk is near on the best boxer in the world in all weight classes. 400 fights including amateur. I can admit AJ should have been using his advantage in weight and height, but Usyk is elusive. First fight the better man won in usyk, the 2nd fight, it was equal until the later rounds. AJ has had around 70 fights including am, usyk 400. Big difference. You dont see fury wanting any of usyk, happy to jump in with Ngannou, because he knows he can win, thats what bullies do, they fight people they know they can beat. Furys a talented boxer but just a complete mug unfortunately

  • @aj1987
    @aj1987 ปีที่แล้ว

    He’s admitted he’s gonna fight with that boring style from now on. If he fought like that from the start he wouldn’t have the fan base and money he does

    • @cyfar2768
      @cyfar2768 ปีที่แล้ว

      B.S he would absolutely have the money he does 100% because he would be undefeated and sponsors would still love him because he’s always been marketable. In terms of fans, they’re fickle so some would have watched just to see him lose and some just to see him win. We talk about Lennox today in a high praise way but ask yourself who had the most fans between Lennox and Tyson? It was Tyson but does that matter today really? No!. Who had the most fans between Mayweather and Pacquiao? Manny definitely did but does it matter today? No.
      So you figure if it’s better to have the fans or better to learn to win and make the money. Lucky for AJ he had the fans as an Olympic gold medalist and poster boy and he did amazing things with that and never let those fans down. Now he is in the 2nd phase of his career and he’s learning to do this for him not the fans because at this point he knows fully well that when you lose the fans don’t pay you on the back saying “well done for going toe to toe with Ruiz when you had him hurt and could have just cruised to victory and probably even made more money then fighting Wilder next in Vegas”. No the reality is different. Those “fans” still laugh at him today for losing to Ruiz ignoring the fact that he was trying to please them. He actually said in the Ruiz documentary that he heard the fans booing in the 3rd round and he had it in the back of his mind that Wilder beat Stiverne in 1 round so he wanted to give them a show leading to reckless throwing without thinking of what was coming back.
      Any real AJ fan knows fully well why he has to do this for him and we support him regardless. He doesn’t need the fickle fans who will turn on like a lightbulb for any new and flashy thing that swings KO punches.
