The problem with tata is their service centre, they don't give good service when compared to others and the car is 3 cylinder , but nios is 4 cylinder( thats y mileage is less).

Further its the reason for its big second hand market. MS had 15 years lead compared to others and enjoyed the advantage of uninformed purchase. Now market is slowly changing. Swift was good but competition had caught up well. Besides Hyundai is very smooth in city. Drive both and see the difference.

If Suzuki is focussing on abs ,ebd etc . why don't they built strong bodied cars ( though vitara breeza scored 4 stars in ncap but still that,s surprising ) + offering 6 airbags option ?? Aur jahan tak sales ki baat hai , Suzuki to no. 1 hai he but zaroori nahi hai ki woh perfect ya acchi hi ho.if maruti focuses on mass market cars , locating service centres across the country etc. Etc. Etc. they should also equally focus on safety.
