Yeah no if you test a cap that is good up to 450 volts with a small 9 volt continuity tester you aint testin it. That cap could have a leakage resistance of 1k and the multimeter wont trigger but 1k across 450 volt... In a closed can... Buddy thats a pipebomb. You need a high voltage isolation tester at least
If it never exploded while it has bn working all along,that means it has no leakage. It was just a period service where we have to test the capacitors whether they can charge and recharge.
