    Lovely practice - perfect on a morning when I’m fighting a cold! However, I did find a few of the instructions difficult to follow, and had to look at the screen more than I usually expect to do.

    Hello everyone! Thank you so very much for this practice! However, I would have loved to be able to follow the instructions without looking at the video most of the times. But the sequence was great! Thanks for sharing it with us 🙏

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  ปีที่แล้ว

      es, Nikki will make sure to provide slower and more detailed instructions in the future, but because this style is rather innovative, it requires a glance at the screen just once in a while to stay on point. It abounds with new poses and unconventional, bur organic and seamless transitions When you do a couple of Yogea practices you will get the intuitive logic of the style very quickly. It is pretty organic. A big hug to you and thank you for writing back! I so much appreciate your constructive feedback!

    Hmm I must not know enough yet about where the pressure points are and how to get from one pose to another.. I'm trying to et over a cold, and that was not self-healing for me, had to stop the video. Maybe need more instruction or something I don't know...

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dear Treasure, I know what you mean. Perhaps this was not ideal if you had just been sick, and had too many instructions to follow.I will try to be much clearer next time, but if you need a healing and soothing routine, try our "Rescue Remedy", it can surely help you get over a cold. Sending you much healing and light. OM

  • @abihenshall6195

    Still very complicated and needs to be slower. Got to 2nd side and could see clearer but realised I'd not done it correctly on the first. This I found a bit irritating. There's a lot of complex stuff which I had to keep gazing at the screen for. I'd have to do this 5 xs before I felt confident I was doing it right. Also need 5o know where the thymus is . Not sure I was getting the right place. More explaination would be helpful and showing poses from different angles. Thank you

      I will keep all this in mind for future shootings, dear Abi. Thank you for taking the time to elaborate so well, it really helps to create better quality sequences that are beneficial and doable at the same time. Thank you again and Namaste!

    Thank you! Technically I found this a bit challenging but I stuck with it and feel stronger. I also learnt about pressure points ❤🙏🏻

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Dear Kathy,
      Thanks for your precious feedback. The challenging part comes from the innovative edge of the sequencing and the poses, but the effect is immediate as all poses and transitions are highly effective and soundly researched. It is great to couple the pressure points with the posse, especially when we are dealing with immunity enhancement. Feel free to try out other Yogea targeted sequences - to reap multiple physical, mental, emotional and physiological benefits. Namaste!

  • @libbyo2463
    @libbyo2463 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Some great poses, only this practice is dependent on me being able to see the screen which disrupts the flow, takes my attention away from the body and means I have to have my eyes open. Would have enjoyed more with complete and accurate descriptions.

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Dear Libby, Will make sure to provide more time for transitioning and better instruction so you won't have to check in with the screen all the time. The reason for this is of course the singularity of the Yogea flows and style which is unlike anything you have yet seen, ans sometimes requires a peak at the screen as a visual reference. I will do my best to mend this in the future. Thank you and Namaste!

  • @eleanormattice3598
    @eleanormattice3598 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    There was not enough verbal cues and I had to constantly get out of my pose to look at the screen to see what the instructor was doing. There was little explanation of ways the poses could be modified for beginners. Thank you for your efforts.

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks so much for your comment, dear Eleonor. I will make sure to shoot another Immunity boosting yoga routine that is better instructed and cued. The poses here are very beneficial, so feel free to incorporate some in your home practice. Thanks again and Namaste!

  • @CamdenSmithNaples

    I am assuming those of us who cannot do arm binds just modify by bringing the arms together and doing that Type of move modified without wrapping the arms?? because I have never been able to do shoulder/arm binds and I've been doing yoga and working out forever so I'm hoping that's the proper modification.... if it isn't I would love it if someone would tell me what it is

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dear Canden,
      Thank you for trying to modify the bind. It is a perfect way to work from a place of safety and security. First we need to line and stack up the joints and with regular practice the range will come and the body will naturally open up. Shoulder binds are a bit tricky and should never be forced. The tylenol bind is most a meridian crossing that forges cross-lateral connectivity of the brain and directly stimulates the thymus and thyroid glands responsible for immunity and digestion. So you are spot on and thank you for providing this modification - it is priceless! Namaste!

    No question- an amazing flow! Thanks ! My only negative comment is the work of a cameraman! I guess he did it first time for a yoga class! In this case maybe it would be helpful to review other yoga classes and make notes how it should be properly done! That's a really clever sequence. I think you should work on your instructions though - especially as you've described this video as 'open level'... beginners could hurt themselves here :)

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks so much for your constructive comment, Jacob. We will make sure the levels correspond to the complexity of the poses selected and the instructions get clearer each time. The issue we have had with people following is largely due on the innovative edge of this style which contains poses never tried and recycled before. So yes, we have to definitely get better in instructing this style, and our followers should not give up on the sequence but attempt it a couple of times to get its holistic benefits. Thanks so much for opening this room for discussion. Namaste!

      Dear Karen, Thank you so much for your feedback. I take all comments very seriously and will make sure to re-cue this particular video so it is easier to follow.
