I totally agree with the topic.I have seen people stepping away from yoga because of not getting “results” as they expected, the wrong idea of immediacy because “I have been practicing every day for a long time”. Blame on social media or the fast way of these days living. Unfortunately this is enormously affecting the yoga tradition with those intensive trainings.
