Great question! I was also looking for an answer to it. And the answer is, you will need to enable stealth mode. To do that, you want to use a trainer (like Wemod, initially free for an hour or so and then paid). Well, TBH, I try to avoid using mods/trainers because I want to keep the content as genuine as possible.
