Tell Anya not to eat too much junk food and eat three figs early in the morning for 3 to 4 months it’s the best remedy for migraine. I have suffered from migraine for thirty years. Al hamdulilah , Now I am completely fine

I had swear migraine 2 years back. Shaid hi itna constant wo bhi shaheed kisi ko hoga. And it was almost everyday and all day. My doctor told me to not have coffee everyday, left cheesy food and Alhamdulillah all good. It’s been 2 years all good..!

hey there is a bit confusion , can you elaborate , your office is actually your home launch + drawing area ? if yes then where have you placed coffee table and that drawing + launch furniture ?

If you have migraines ther r triggers which cause it for each person its different i suffer from it too for years, lack of sleep or sleeping too much, not eating on time, dehydration, certain smells and foods can cause it too along with alot of other things but the triggers you have to figure out yourself. Also if you add a pinch of Himalayan pink salt in water that will help as sometimes the tissues in ur body arent getting hydrated, this will help it go to tissues.

So aniya ko bta dain k coffee km liya kren.... Multivitamin ki tabs lein.... Dry fruits lein or aik glass milk daily lein with apple nd banana is must....
