@Hamza I have got the same problem in my right knee in Feb this year while doing leg press in the gym. Don't worry you will be back with physiotherapy and also via prp. Please do not over stress do icing on your knees and also make sure you put your leg on a stool while sitting also give rest to your leg. You can do all upper body workout but not legs. Please try to take some rest too...I am still going through my physiotherapy but much better. It's recovery is slow due to less blood circulation in your meniscus which is natural.
