- At the Utah State Correctional Facility, within the walls of confinement is a rare form of freedom...a vegetable garden.
“You name it, we have tomatoes, peppers, onion, garlic, kale. Kohlrabi, everything you see at the store plus more,” explained Todd Barszcz, the case manager for the prison’s program reentry program.

It's a lesson for everyone right here..
Teaching them a valuable skill will help them to not commit crime in the future. They learn to respect themselves and others. And they learn to make an honest income.
It is a freedom and a privilege and if this criminal didn't commit crimes he wouldn't be in prison 😊
All of us make bad decisions, but most don't get arrested. Approximately 96% of inmates will get out of prison and become our neighbors and I want them to be successful. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

Well,a least some of the prisoners are earning their keep. It’s better than making license plates or rotting away in a cell and time will pass by quicker if they’re occupied.
Then again their are some that NEED to be kept behind bars.
Give our homeless a chance. They did nothing wrong. I bet if they had this chance, they would feel like they matter.
