Hi there, I think the tubes I have are fine, but 1 side on both tubes the light is dim (ports side) and at the other end both lights are bright. The difference is uniform, I'm thinking the LEDs themselves need replacing, have you had to do this before and do you know where to get those parts?
The plastic absorbed heat and yellows over time, the light is running through a perfectly clear tube to get the effect.... all that's happening is its faded and the light can't reach then end.
I replaced the optical tubing. Now I notice the colours are different hues between the two tubes. One is purple one if more pink tinted.... optical tubing came from same length.
i was following the tutorial but when i opened my gpu i noticed that the led board missing so even if i did replace the cable it wont light up. do you know where i can get my hands on a replacement led board???
@@JensenVlogChannel i actually have a problem where one of the leds that connect to the front tube displays purple instead of white and its led me to turn my rgb off. do you know if there are any replacement rgb boards i can buy from aftermarket companies? thank you

No need to replace thermal paste when doing this mod/repair?

I think your issue from cut surface of tubing or angle of cut surface with LED is not same. You should check it

vs cả mua dây 4mm vs 5mm thì cái nào ok hơn
mặc định là 4mm, về gắn phát ăn luôn.
5mm khi lắp và phải ấn khó hơn 1 tí, nhưng sẽ đẹp hơn LED sáng nhiều hơn.
Bạn nên mua 5mm.

Diameter = 4mm is stock size. But you can try 5mm to fill light better than, but is is hard assembly a little bit..
