Yes, you can add multiple schema types using Rank Math PRO.
You will also find the Code Validation option on the page and also in the Schema Templates section, but you should use it only on pages. Because with templates, Rank Math will store variables for many of the fields. Since the actual value of the variable will depend on the post, it is used on, and testing the template’s code is defeating the purpose of the Code Validation.

You can create a custom schema using the Rank Math Schema Generator:

I want an option where I can apply a custom schema to posts at once. There an option to apply your default schema but custom ones can't be done. I have created a custom scheme with your shortcodes but I need to apply them one after the other to post which is very hard because I have plenty posts. Please try as much as possible to add it that option in your next update
