can honestly say i like the pics at the end more than the video, captures the essence of surf quite well, especially the first one where it looks like the girl is jumping on top of the water(like a game or something) very nice

Great memories surfing Queens growing up on Waikiki on Paoakalani Ave. Living down the road from Buttons.
I like this video because it shows all levels of surfers enjoying a day in Waikiki. And night time in Waikiki is just as interesting, great people watching! Some hate Waikiki, but I find it lively and fun. Trips to the North shore and Windward side during the day make nights in Waikiki great!

I love all of your videos, inspiring. All of your family are crazy good! seems like a great atmosphere out there in hawaii, not too serious, beautiful place to, shame we dont have consistent surf like that here in the channel islands, I would love to live over there surf day and night hopefully some time in the near future! Great job with the website as well by the way!
This video makes me extremely jealous of those who live on the coast or in Hawaii. The closest I've been to surfing is catching small waves with a boogie board, and it's so fun! I can only imagine how amazing it would be to surf, especially everyday. Again.. SO JEALOUS

Its amazing how I've seen East Coast of England have a more crowded lineup than this in the middle of winter with water temp just a few degrees above freezing and air temp in the minuses...everyone dressed to their eyeballs in thick neoprene shivering. And the waves weren't as good as this. You guys are so lucky...but visit England and surf somewhere cold...it takes balls. :)

i used an olympus digital camera. i think it was the 1090. pretty cheap and easy to use. but the quality isn't that good. i'm looking at the new panasonic lumix waterproof camera now. that one is better. hope that helps and hope to see your footage someday... mahalo.
