One of the main themes of the True Life in God messages is the Unity of the Christian Churches, a call for conversion and reconciliation, where “the real Unity is and will be in the hearts”. “May they be all one, just as, Father, you are in me and I am in you, so that the world may believe it was you that sent me.” (Jn 17: 21)
Vassula gave a speech on the Unity of the Christian Churches,
during the 6th True Life in God Ecumenical Pilgrimage in Biblical Turkey, 2007.

''Well, my speech, of course, is based on the Unity of the Church, which is really the mission that Christ has given me in the calling that had started in 1985. So since then, which was very difficult in the beginning, to accept what was happening to me, I said ‘yes’ to the Lord, because, when He spoke, I believed.
And so, this is the result of this more than twenty years of struggle because it is a struggle, it is a very difficult task, beyond my capacity. And because it is, of course, beyond my capacity, it’s God Who leads. This is His! All what’s here… has been organized by the Most High. And so, I’m just to transmit these messages And call out to the people around the world As God said:
‘Do not make any distinction between Christians and between My creatures further more than Christians. To all people.’
It is a cry from above for reconciliation, peace and unity. The Church, we know, is one and has always been one, but the people of the Church are those that with their quarrels, prejudices, their pride and mainly their lack of love for one another managed to divide themselves, and we all know it!
Christ is offended, and He said in a message: “My Kingdom on earth is My Church and the Eucharist is the Life of My Church, this Church I Myself have given you. I had left you with one Church but hardly had I left, just barely had I turned back to go to the Father, than you reduced My House to a desolation! You leveled it to the ground! And My flock is straying left and right. For how long am I to drink the Cup of your division?

All the grief happening in the world is happening due to Church separation. True Life in God messages teach us unity and intimacy with our Lord, following His Holly Will.

Vassula u e so right, so many comments of some churches r so.hurtful.Criticism of the Eucharist,.devaluing.our Blessed Mother and the Saints. These newer Christians don't realise.how much.they.hurt.ancient Christians by their remarks.
I believe with all my soul that the message of unity is the message of God. God has lost his voice to our pride.Unless we share the body and blood of God we tear the down God’s salvation.

She has disclosed that the Orthodox Easter is the correct date.

God has told many, not only Vassula, and for a long time, that we should all work towards unity. So, to whom is she pointing the finger???? Her Greek Orthodox Church? Roman Catholics (most certainly, based on her comments), Protestants, Evangelicals, Coptics, Chaldeans, Armenians??? She generalizes, but in actuality knows exactly whom she means. She criticizes the persons who pray their "Hail Marys", and supposedly have hardened hearts and are full of pride and prejudice!!! This is quite an insult to Roman Catholics, and it was meant to be that way, because we really don't have anyone other than them praying the Hail Marys. This alone is a perfect example of a person who is divisive herself, and therefore I do not consider her writings to be valid, (not from Jesus). Neither priests from her own church, nor did Pope Benedict approve them. Rather they have disproven them, and she is not allowed to work within the R.C. Church anymore. Now we see why. So, alone with this one example, and there are several within her speech, she continues with her words of insult and accusations. I read once where she wrote that Jesus told her to teach Roman Catholics how to pray the rosary!!! Jesus would never have said that! The rosary is the most powerful prayer in the world and even saved some Greeks at the famous battle of Lepanto! I hope she remembers that. Millions upon millions of believers, who have prayed so diligently since Fatima, brought the iron curtain down, and are continuing their prayers before the Warning and Great Miracle come. This is simply disappointing to me--that a person would be proclaiming unity, and at the same time be criticizing others.. For many years now, from all the different Christian denominations, there have been meeting, seminars, gatherings and services for the sake of unity. These prayers are said daily at R.C. altars It has even gone so far as to destroy some of the sacred ritual because of these attempts at unification.. I have lived in Thessalonica, Greece for 3 years now. My Greek son-in-law says no one but Greeks are baptized; Other Christians are "evil crusaders", and the priests here, as well as the general population are extremely rude to anyone foreign, be it on the street or in the church. So-o-o-o I pray for unity anyway, even if I get spat on and run over on the street. I still believe in Christ's love. (I am American/Austrian, two of the most disliked cultures in Greece, and I feel it every day) Nonetheless, every conscience will be exposed within the near future, and those who truly love God will turn to Him, but in a different manner.
Hi Gail. Have you read the messages of True Life in God? If yes then i suppose that you remember a message referring to the three main Christian denominations Orthodox Catholic Protestants that they have to bend in order to unite. So it's not her that she is saying these words but Jesus is. Concerning the rosary i suppose you are referring to another message where Jesus tells to Vassula to teach the Jesus rosary to those that don't use it or know it. The Jesus rosary is what the Orthodox Church uses and the Greek word for that is komposchini. So komposchini is very similar to the rosary that mainly the Catholic Church uses , with the main difference being that Jesus rosary repeats the phrase Jesus son of God have mercy on me the sinner instead of the Hail Mary. In this way Jesus have taught both rosaries ( Jesus rosary and Mary's rosary) to everyone. So what's wrong with that? Concerning Ratzinger and Greek Orthodox priests, well i suppose that a) you know that the TLiG messages have got an Imprimatur and Nihil Obstat from the Catholic Church and b) the Patriarch of Alexandreia where she belongs to, have blessed her mission. Additionally concerning the Orthodox Church, things are more complicated due to the different way of administration. Concerning the way you are being treated in the town that you live well i feel very bad and sad about it. Christians shouldn't act this way to one another and that's exactly what Jesus says in the TLiG messages, that we should stop insulting one another and start love one another. We must pray much for unity. Division is a gagraine in Christ's body. I hope i helped somehow. God bless
