I put wax paper in front of the camera. It stayed on all the time. The company only says the monitor during breath test, they lie. And yes the company will fine you for anything they can. $75 lockout fees because the device drains your battery. This system isnt against you but its designed to take your money. Absolutely do not let them have access to your bank account.
This guy doesn't know what he's talking about, the beast system is very much against us and it's even against it's useful idiots that implement and enforce this system. It's us today, them and their families tomorrow.
@donalyngibbs3258 You may have to get a special kind of battery, the people who installed mine last month told me that the battery i had in my truck would probably run dead unless I kept it charged up pretty regularly and they recommended a high powered battery which cost me like $305 I hesitated at first bc I thought they were just trying to squeeze more money out of me then I recalled a wire that was loose in my old battery which every now an then I'd have to pop the hood tighten it back up to get the truck started an if that happened after the device was installed it's apt to get me locked out when the battery disconnects from the wire so I just decided to go ahead and let them put the new battery in because I also needed that wire fixed an if somehow it still went dead at least I can say i did everything I could if it went back to court but I haven't had any issues with my battery since i had the device installed last month. On days I don't be driving it i crank it up of a morning and let it run for several minutes and then do the same thing that evening. I think you need to find a similar battery to what I have to run that thing because they told me before installing the device that it's like leaving a light on all night. Also don't forget when you cut your car off an the 3min timer appears press the button and hold it till it beeps 3 or 4 times then goes into power saving mode that will help take some strain off your battery.
@donalyngibbs3258 you're going to have to get a high powered battery like i did. It will set you back about $300 but it will keep that thing going as long as you at least crank the vehicle and let it run everyday for several minutes.

I got mine installed literally yesterday and it drained my battery. This device is a pain in the ass😡
