- In this video I will share to you guys my version of Warak Aneb the Delicious Arabic Food. This is a quick and basic instructional video on how you prepare the Warak Aneb. In some country they called it “Dolma, Sarma etc.” I hope it will help you 😊.
Warak Aneb Ingredients
3 cups of Egyptian rice
1/4 cup of Olive oil
1 clove of Minced Garlic
1 clove of Garlic
1/4 cup of Tomato paste
Salt
2tsp. Of Cumin power
1tsp. Of Coriander powder
2tbsp. Of Dry Mint
Lemon juice and 1 whole lemon
2tsp. Of Paprika
1tsp. Of chili powder
2tsp. Garlic powder
1 crushed Maggi cubes
1tsp. Curry powder
2tsp. Black pepper powder
2 potatoes
2 tomatoes
2carrot
1 Onion
1kl. (Lamb) ground Meat
Lamb meat Fat
Lamb Bones
1kl Lamb Meat
3 cups of Water
Grape Leaves (you can purchased by Jars or Fresh Tender leaves)
