Hi James, that doesn't need a video. Basically you can't get high end printing from Elements. The reason is that most printing is done in 16bit CMYK color space. Elements is 8bit RGB color space. Adobe Photoshop can do 16bit CMYK with its eyes closed. You can also get good 16bit CMYK printing from Affinity Photo.
A year ago, everything you were demonstrating seemed like sleight-of-hand magic to me. THANKS to your excellent video tutorials and training DVDs I was able to watch this video at X1.75 speed and fast-forward in many places with 100% comprehension. Good luck with your new channel! I'm sure any beginner who finds your channel will be off on good footing.
Thank you for making everything so clear, I’ve struggled to pick some things up, especially layers, but your tutorials are excellent, can’t wait for future videos 😊
Very intresting, I'm thinking about buying it with the video edtor bundle as I make TH-cam videos also when you said click the link for a full guid I was like wait this isn't the full video :D a photogher I'm in contact with suggested this software so looking into it.
I love Photoshop Elements as you can probably guess, but for my serious work I use Adobe Photoshop which is available for only about $10 monthly and is about 1000 times better than PSE. I am not a big fan of the Premiere Elements editor, but it will work fine. If you get serious about TH-cam videos you should invest in a professional level video editor.
@@HTGPhoto Yeah a photographer from Canada pretty much said the same thing. I am not a pro I got knowledge of how to take pretty decent photos and he teaches me stuff I did not know as does Jared Polin out of the 1 off payments options for photo editting it should be great. I got a video editor already so might not bother with the bundle they have at the moment but might get both. Compared to the photo edit software at the moment I use Polaar I would hope it's better then that for about £70-£80 for Elements :D
@@woogieman007 I've never tried Polarr, but it isn't a professional editing software program, no matter what they say. Premiere Elements is much closer to a good photo editing program and you can do a lot with it. I would put it into the serious consumer level, but not quite professional. I like Camtasia Studio, but most TH-camrs that I know use Da Vinci Pro.
Thank you George!. Very useful. I've worked with PS full version but now I only have access to PSE. Is there a way to convert a selection to a shape (in order to work with vectors)?
Unfortunately that is one of the things you can't do in Photoshop Elements. It doesn't have a pen tool or a way to work with vector shapes except for very limited adjustments on included shapes. No way to convert a selection to a shape.
Hi, I have videos on all the major new features already on this channel. Almost everything in 2024 runs exactly the same as in older versions, so all of my PSE videos are appropriate for 2024.
First off I hope that your child is ok, I know that I had lots of wounds when growing up but then I was a bit of a daredevil. The process would be the same as any photo retouch. I would use a combination of the clone stamp tool and the healing brush tools. Take a look at this video th-cam.com/video/q2X4hzHQiaA/w-d-xo.html

Thanks Zed! That's exactly what I am trying to achieve.
Great video!!! The subject selection tool is an absolute game changer.
Totally agree!
Looking forward to your new channel, George!
Thanks Thomas!

do you have training videos for 2024????
Hi, I have videos on all the major new features already on this channel. Almost everything in 2024 runs exactly the same as in older versions, so all of my PSE videos are appropriate for 2024.
Also I usually use the latest version in my training videos, so all videos between now and when 2025 is released will be demonstrated in 2024.
My new course for PSE 2024 is going live on March 29th, youi can find out more about that here howtogurus.com/pse2024/
When will the "Elements 2024" be online?
Right now I am in the middle of a move to a new state, once things settle down I will be able to finish the 2024 course.
