What a sensual turn to the overlook hotel. As I drift off to sleep Loyd whispers to me I was always the caretaker here. And Loyd has the sexiest voice! Thank goodness I didn’t freeze to death in the hedge maze. It’s a lovely story of yours. I arrived late so I’ll listen to the whole thing later.

Make sure you check out your room before you take off your clothes to take a bath. I was in room 237 and there was a lady in my bath tub already I guess they double booked the room. I think those essential oils may be defective her skin started to fall off had to call management. But you know what they say, “all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy”. ❤

What if a ‘ghost story’ could turn redemptive and loving? 🕊️🙏💕
Most are redemptive one way or another and some are love stories too.
Sounds like the kind of story my niece keeps wanting me to create!
@@larrymarcus3176 Oh, like the movie “Ghost,” of course. Forgive me, but I read history almost exclusively. I consider Michelle’s craftwork as specialized literature. Historian that I am, I have a penchant for Cassandra; I venture to say Michelle may write novels, plays or screenplays somewhere ahead in her journey (I hope?).
Michelle is the Mozart of writing. She can span any genre of storytelling. I’m frankly amazed and enchanted by her capacity of creativity. As for horror stories; they all have components of love and redemption otherwise they would be simply senseless gore and jump scares. In order to get the reader to relate they have a simple structure that build tension and climaxes with the forces of good or evil prevailing. Some are much better at it then others. The best ones show the redemptive quality of one or more characters. If you like film and have Netflix check out the haunting it is a completely redo of the original two films “the haunting of hill house” which were great in their own way based on Shirley Jackson’s novel which was good. The Netflix version goes into another dimension and is directed so brilliantly I had watch it three times to catch all the subliminal images to understand why I felt so creepy. The same director did the haunting of bly house which was great too based on an off story called the children’s hour his last series was midnight mass a very interesting story in its own right. If you study history you’ll come to the conclusion that it is the largest source of horror there is also with redemption and love on a micro and macro scale. It’seems we humans have an issue with our animal and our angelic side
