Heavy rain showers coupled with strong winds landed on the city during rush hour. Despite some flooding due to the strong rainstorm New York City did not slow down. Walking in strong rainstorm in New York City is unlike any other city in the world. The energy of the city emanating from its ambiance, shining lights and rushing pedestrians highlights the uniqueness of the city during rainstorms.
