I used to think the same way you thought regarding the dampers and the temp. The more airflow you have, the hotter the grill is going to be. The less airflow you have, the cooler the grill be! Love your video though, and the quality is superb!!! 👍🏾

Omg I would drive from Maryland to you for one of those ham steaks. This was a treat my mom would make me with a little brown sugar and honey in the cast iron skillet with some home fries eggs and cheese and a biscuit. That was good eating my granddad use to hunt and harvest from the land as well as my family in Jenkins bridge Virginia. Being a city girl I got so sick eating food from off the land my first time. But when we got back to the city we would get sick again because our bodies had got adjusted to eat food straight from the land. My favorite thing was picking strawberries and figs straight from the tree. We have to get back to living like this

My brother lives in Fayetteville! I'm coming for that steak. It looked amazing, tho! Also, the ham, which is my favorite. I can imagine those steaks would be quite pricey, and I'm sure no taste comparison from store bought. Great video!💙

It’s the worst, living in an HOA was miserable. Paying all that money for someone else to tell you what to do.
