What a beautifully shot video, was both relaxing and educational to watch, albeit this comes from a viewer who would struggle to fix a puncture ! That is a man who enjoys his job, and no doubt does it very well indeed. Chapeau to those behind the scenes, I hope the riders appreciate their expertise and valuable input. Love the look of the finished product, and really like the frame colours. I always think my 2015 Cervelo S3 looks quite good but this is another level in terms of the aesthetics, whilst admittedly at the same time seeming to generate quite polarised opinion (those bars, stem ....). Will enjoy watching more from this great channel, keep them coming - thank you.
Woow what bike, fast as a arrow. 7.8 kg in size 51 with pedals, , 2 bottlecages , garmin computer and Stages L/R Gen 3 doublesided powermeter and the lowest /most heavy Ultegra-spec.. That is really good i think!! 5800 Euro with shipping. Bike only😜
That internal cable routing... that would pass only for electronic gears + hydraulic brakes. Maintaining any cables would result in a lot of gray hair in best case scenario.
When you remove the adapter and cup together with sealed knob, oil not come out like that. 16:07 Because oil under the hoods is not a small mistake for a team bike.
There'll always still be a bit. In fact, it's intended to overflow a little when you screw the bleed port screw back on to ensure it's free of air. Any remaining hydraulic fluid residue can be wiped clean with 99% isopropyl alcohol.
@@djdelarosa25 you can destroy this frame only by turning the handlebars "too hard" , when Marc Hirschi crashed you can see the damage the fork did to the frame in tv footage, there is also a video called Cervelo Design Fail explaining why.
I was freaking out before I saw the decimal on the scales. And then again when he weighed it, why would they give up 800g to the weight limit? I thought by now they should be able to make aero bikes that get down to that weight. Especially considering the frame is just above 1000g, that is quite light.
Nice bike to ride cervelo...love it...i want to gift it to my self...but its so much expensive...but id like to join ride all the bikers...for now my sport is walking ang jogging...love it...

Finally, a stage win for this bike today! Congrats Marc, a well deserved win!
And another one!
Props to the mechanic who does a very nice job.

Happy birthday Marc Hirschi...
A work of art! Cervelo really out did themselves.
The video was so meditative. I think especially because of how calm and precise the mechanic was working, plus the music of course.
Super impressive , slow and precise ! Best ever 😃
Just how wonderful if you own a bike like this
After watching this video, I am increasingly convinced that bicycles are not just bicycles, and I want to have the bicycle in your video someday

Please tell Marc and his team not to turn his handlebars "too hard" otherwise the mechanic will be building lots of those.

Like how he weighs everything
Good stuff he did on it on stage 2, yesterday
Question, I am new in assembling bikes.
What is this electronic device(?) he puts in at the very beginning 1:20
Part of the Di2 assembly.

Is this a 40 or a 300 mm wheelset?
Please bring more bikes!
Every friday there will be a new Pro Bike Build👍
It's funny, I actually watched this video 1 day before his owner win the stage!
Thanks. This music is so sad. What happened to the man who built this bike? Last day of work?
are we normal people able to buy one of those bikes? are they available to the public...
Yes, maybe not in team Sunweb colors but you can absolutly buy a Cervélo S5
@@theobuzat9091 why not on the team suweb
@@klx-y you can buy them in Sunweb colors. The only problem for most normal people is that the bike costs 12.000€
The team bike color or the one the pro also use will be much expensive
Nice video. Congratulations. Which model is this kern digital scale ?
www.kern-sohn.com/shop/de/industriewaagen/food-kueche/edelstahl/ip65-68-schutz-/FOB-NL/
do you ever build a bike and it weights more than the parts combined?
Not really, in most cases you cut parts of like the steerer tube, chain, bartape and hoses.
Great build once again. Please let me know what tool did you use when fitting the fork and headset. Chers
Is this taking place in the Cervelo factory or at an Indy/team shop?
This is taking place at the Sunweb Team Service Course in the Netherlands.

And he is the white jersey today...

3:47 No torque wrench used there ???
4:27 This isn't a derailleur angle adjustment screw !
19:20 Waow! that is a crazy bikefit jig !
3:47 The average human hand has to turn the tool hard to achieve 13 Nm, that's close to 13.
4:27 That bolt adjusts the front derailleur's yaw angle.
How much for this in Kenyan shillings
