Can anyone explain the parking lot(?) At 3:45? Vertical parking blocks way too close to be parked or even between. No cars. A skateboarder's dream spot. And a No skating, blading, biking sign on the wall...? What is this space for then?
Maybe to keep cars from driving thru. Looks like that lane might connect to smth else. Sick idea tho, to set blocks into a transition like that, top-to-bottom
