Google presently is limiting the use of colab for AI image generation. you may still be able to try though, I have only used the one in the link below, but there are others. github.com/camenduru/stable-diffusion-webui-colab
why i can't add huge model checkpoint in stable diffusion ? When I want to add a file with a format .safetensor --that has a volume of more than 6 gigs, it is not added and gives an error

Maybe switch to ComfyUI. It is more versatile and renders images a lot faster.
