Reborns Gundam seems only combine Gundam + Guncannon, Reversible Gundam, though dosen't come from 00, feel more like 3 in 1 completion. Both are amazing design.

What bugs me on Reborns Gundam is the cockpit. does every time he switch, the cockpit rotate to 360 degrees? it was mentioned in the final episode of S2, Reborns Pseudo Twin Drive inferior to 00 but his superior tech makes it up.
A really unique design and very powerful of all kind fight ( with many firepower and a beam saber can fight equal with GN sword III is really something ) , hell in my opinion Setsuna 00 wouldn't be able to destroy Reborn if he's don't get any support from smoke and Tieria soul ( leave Cherdium , Arios and those 2 MS i don't remember the name cause they mostly stay out of this fight )

Setsuna probably would have lost more then just his one GN Drive if people didn't keep interfering with Ribbons.
Okay so continuity question no one is asking here, but how is it switching manipulators every time it changes modes while also keeping a beam saber active in its manipulator. Like he's changing manipulators constantly, without dropping the beam saber. Yes these things matter. xD
he stole twin drive data from 00. it's tau drive squared. because its fake, it lacks the same output with the original. he makes it up by having a more advanced technology on his side. but he doesn't have og unit's true capability (quantization)
2 tau drives less than squared Tech specs point out that the twin drive system used on reborns outputs less than squared the output and the tau drives put out less energy than a true drive already, but reborns makes up the difference with being that much more efficient

Ribbons was the one that invented the "cut them off and shut down their machine with Veda" trick when he used it to try and kill the Celestial Being crew and gundams in season one. He's always had a backup OS since he knows if anyone gets control of Veda they could shut his machine down, again, because he's done that trick himself. The only reason he didn't succeed in getting everyone killed when he tried to shut all the gundams down with Veda was Sumeragi figured something was up when he was randomly blocking Tieria from other Veda functions before he tried it and had their own stand alone OS ready for when someone did try to override their machines and ship. Dude is an arrogant tool, but he's not going to get himself killed with his own tactic. The only thing Tieria and Regene can do to his machine with Veda is connect to it and annoy him with telepathic messages he can't stop. And that's only because he has a Veda terminal since until this fight he had control of Veda and was going to use it to augment his machine's abilities but never be dependent on it to actually run the machine for him like the other Innovades did. I mean heck, the dude cut and pasted two different Gundams together to make his because he didn't want to rely on someone else controlling the 'cannon mode' half of the pair. Doubt he would ever give Veda full control over his Gundam.
I mean, why not? Besides, only someone like Ribbons would have enough smug to superglue two Mobile Suits together because he trusts his life to no one.

その名前の通り、リボンズが自分専用に開発したガンダム
本来はキャノン型の支援ＭＳとの共同運用を想定して開発したが、１、５ガンダムを入手した事で二機の機能を一機に集約して開発する事に成功
更に、アニュー・リターナーが入手したツインドライブ制御システムによりツインドライブを導入し、高出力化に成功
かなり高い性能を有しており、ダブルオーライザーでなければまともに戦う事すら困難だっただろう
マジで死角がないMS、リボンズだからこそ扱えるガンダムだな。
元々1ガンダムとGNキャノンの連携して戦う事を想定してたのに、リボンズが誰も信じない傲慢さからニコイチにしたガンダム
でもダブルオーライザーと互角以上に戦って相打ちに持ち込んでGNドライブを奪えたから文句のつけようが無い
一人ですべてできると神様気取りしてるリボンズをうまいこと表した機体
最終的に００は撃破してるしリボンズの操縦技術も合わさって強いのは間違いない

活躍期間は短かったけど、00ライザーを終始圧倒する戦闘力を有してました。
1ガンダムとGNキャノンのニコイチなので、中の人繋がりと元ネタの機体も合わせて通称1人V作戦とも言われてましたね。
尚、機体名を搭乗者と同じ名前にしているのは本機とGのマスターガンダム、フェイロンガンダムだけでした。

I'm guessing the display just switches to the rear view given that 360 degree cockpits are a foreign concept in the 00 universe.
It's much more simple than what you think, i mean just switch the camera and change control configuration

Maybe ribbons a better pilot than setsuna? Cuz reborns gundam twin drive should be weaker than a single GN drive.

So does the reborns gundam just have the power of two GN drive tau or the power of a GN drive Tau squared?
Since the reborns Gundam is also using the twin drive system, it should be gn drive tau squared.
