Could you add this to your glovebox? Looking for a quick stash spot in vehicle.

I suppose so...especially center console boxes. But I think one of those portable safes would be better.
Over the past year this setup has met my needs fairly well, but I have found that with wet wrinkled or dirty fingers, I can be thwarted from getting the biometric fingerprint reader to give me access. I'm thinking I'd prefer distributed manual lock boxes something like this...

Great idea, what happens when the batteries die and you can’t get in? Gave me an idea how to make millions of dollars though 😉…

There is a little USB port on the fingerprint reader. You can power up the lock that way. I'll probably just pull the hinges.

@@raggedyedge what if you can't find the USB lol. I say something with an emergency key or keypads would be great

It is supposed to flash warnings when the batteries get weak. But if I ignored that warning and heard an intruder, I'd just tank the door off the cabinet. It's not exactly hardened security.
And this model is kind of loud...wouldn't be a whole lot noisier.
I does keep out a toddler not yet familiar with screwdrivers. Our 2 year old grandson now knows how to wield tools, but hasn't tried his luck at "safe cracking" yet. But growing up in a firearms family, he knows the difference between toy and real guns...we test him occasionally.
