Gentlemen, yes, there's a great deal of Anti-Russia propaganda in the West. But, the good thing is that the vast majority of the world population are now well informed. They discount what they hear in the West about Russia and other countries opposed to the West's oppression! I witnessed this at first hand on two trips recently - one to Asia and the other to Africa.

Ukraine isn't a democracy. Far from it. In democracies there is more than one TV Channel, main political parties and main Christian denominations aren't banned, no mass extrajudicial killings, disappearances and torture, men from 18 to 60 aren't banned from leaving the country, people aren't rounded up in the streets and dragged to their death. Democracies hold elections after all. Well, it's a quote from The Time article. Zelenskyy top advisers say about him: “He deludes himself, ” one of his closest aides tells me in frustration. “We’re out of options. We’re not winning. But try telling him that. It is immovable, verging on the messianic.” According to the Economist Zelenskyy is literally screaming at his generals at this point. One Austrian artist was in a similar state in 1945 . Zelenskyy "achievements" to date: 790,000 Ukrainians are dead, 3x that mangled and crippled for life, half of Ukraine's population is living as refugees scattered all over Europe and Russia right now, they're drafting women because they've run out of men to kidnap off the streets. NYT wrote about these mass kidnappings that were happening only in Zelenskyy Ukraine and Hitler's Germany in 1945 in an article ‘People Snatchers’. According to Zelenskyy latest statement only joining NATO or nukes can save his hide. These are lunatic ramblings of a desperate dictator before the imminent collapse of the regime.

At this point is doesn't even matter whether it is a democracy or not. Democracy has utterly failed us and just has become a tyranny of the (ignorant or idiot) masses.

"The United Fruit Company", mentioned at 05:19 by Glenn Diesen, is also a poem in Pablo Neruda's "Canto General", and been set to music as an oratorium by the Greek politician/musician Mikis Theodorakis (1925-2021). Pablo Neruda (1904-1973) was a Chilean poet-diplomat and politician who won the 1971 Nobel Prize in Literature. Mikis Theodorakis has never hidden his anger towards USA, NATO, EU, and Zionists. He wrote even a hymn for the P.L.O., the Palestine Liberation Organization, in 1982.

There was a video of an Egyptian historic talking about the history of the region and late 18th century or around back then
The British empire wanted to attack Iran and steal the oil and they counted on Russia first attacking the northern parts before they mount up troops and attack the southern half
The Russians resolved their border disputes/tension with Iran diplomatically
And perhaps not really but potentially - it is since then that the British officials hate the Russians cause they weren't "playing ball" (and "doing their part" in the "grand scheme of things") so to say
Just imagine how twisted and wicked that is, being labeled the bad guy or the bad side by resolving a conflict peacefully, i.e., doing the (supposedly) right thing

Most of the narratives that are being repeated over and over again were established during the Livonian war, and that's 1558. The media of that time - the so called flying sheets, the tabloids of the time. They were printed in Polish, translated into German, and contained all the horrors one can think of, portraying Ivan IV (the Terrible in the western historiography) as an evil maniac and psychopath. It is an old game, to morph the brains of entire regions of a planet to become "like the empire" and then use these morphed individuals as tools of expansion for the empire in the background.
The intention by the empire (Atlanticists) is to deceive these "newly morphed" (Western-, Central-, Eastern Europeans) into doing most of the fighting and bleeding, while accusing the default "outgroup" (Russia, China) of doing the same.
Those defending themselves (Russia/China), become the "attackers/imperialists" in the morphed heads of the people who are being deceived.

Several years ago (before war) there were a press conference of Sergei Lavrov and some official from Britain and that official speech was basically that she disagree with everything. Finally Lavrov asked "Do you recognize our jurisdiction over Voronezh region?" and she said "of course no". British ambassador hinted her that it's internal region of Russia)

The consequences of a human stupidity can last forever but human stupidity is limited by space and time that ranges from the childhood to the moment of physical death.

    Merry Christmas circumstances
What does a Servant of the People do when he already knows that he has militarily lost everything that could be lost and even, despite himself, admits that the lost territories are irrecoverable by the defeated army? Such a Servant of the People launches further terrorist actions to show how much he cares about peace negotiations.
Is the Servant of the People sane? Never mind that, the important thing is that people enlisted at the front continue to die and become crippled. The greater the number of those killed and maimed, the better for the nation, and therefore for the Servant. In the current situation of Ukraine, service to the country basically comes down to multiplying one's own losses and the misfortunes of its citizens. It should hurt so much that all Ukrainians who have so far managed to avoid the front, for example abroad, decide to return and join the program of self-destruction in the service of Ukraine. Death and crippling in the name of insane attempts to achieve the impossible, this is the goal of every true patriot.
Is the nation sane? The Ukrainians in their masses have never been healthy enough to enjoy this state of affairs. Nor have they been sick enough to consider the possibility of undertaking some form of treatment. It is more of a state of somnambulistic infatuation, fascination and toying with the death drive - drinking destroys you, but as long as the bottle is full and there is a chance of another, you drink until you pass out. You wake up in the snow, frozen and puked on, without a penny in your wallet, and a hangover hits you in the head and guts every time you try to change position, but the only thing you can still think about clearly is how to get some vodka. At that moment someone pulls you to your feet and presses a leaflet into your hand urging you to stay sober, and you are again visited by that pleasant feeling that you are standing at a crossroads of history and something can still change.
All is lost, but is this the final bottom? Ukrainians cannot decide for themselves whether they are suffering enough to break this vicious circle. No one wants to die, but someone is still dying. The fight is pointless, but thousands still fight every day. Zelensky is no longer supported by even a fifth of the nation, and yet the killing game continues.
Zelensky, if he ever could do anything, can do nothing anymore, but the Ukrainian masses also remain without hope and will. The West also repeats empty statements devoid of content and meaning, cursing their impotence. All those on the side of the lost Washington-Kiev cause are frozen in pain and hangover - they deny it, but in reality, they count on Russia's help, which they are unable to ask for openly.
Poles and Ukrainians share the same mentality of victims attached to their tormentors, and their torment stems primarily from an inferiority complex transformed into anti-Russian messianism. Poland will now lie down next to the corpse of Ukraine. Drunk with happiness and misfortune at the same time. Hitting its empty head with an empty bottle, Poland will scream out its historical sorrows. This is the lousy Slavic fate, because Poles really feel at home only in the dustbin of history, but even there they need a reason to drink and for this, in their opinion, the responsibility also falls on Russia.

Thanx Pascal & Glenn for a wonderful topic.
Want to comment on the North Korean propaganda issue.
Remember the USA-tanists coninuiously stating that Russia was about to invade Ukraine...... when it in fact had to and needed to .
This continious harping thereon did have an effect on Russia self-doubting itself. Think of the BIO-LABS that the USA-tanists would have had more time to prepare against Russia , if Russia did not invade when they did.
However , that they were right and that Russia then invaded is now a fact that they obviously tried to convince us with that the TRUTH is always on their side.
Remember, they hoped to intimidate Russia not to doing the correct thing then.
Recent history teaches us that it was the right thing to "invade" which we allowed too many of Russia's friends early on not to know.... when "invasion" was indeed well justified in fact and in law.
Coming to North Korean troops on Russia's side... this is the USA-tanists biggest fear and they hope to paralyse Russia not to do the right thing in getting them in on the act.
Why are we so scared that the USA- tanists would say : See , we were right against as in the times of 22nd February 2022, when we know that TRUTH is foreign to the USA- anists. Their truths in these two case are simply coincidental and unimportant and Russia should not be side tracked by it.
Lets get in the North Koreans and get the job done.

The North Korean in Kursk originated from South Korea. It was concocted for the South Korean population where military aid to kUraine was getting unpopular and pushed back in parliament. So much that the Power that be over there started to contemplate going back to the good old days of military dictatorship.
About the human basic societal instinct. One of the strongest bonding mechanism in the human species is Recreative Sexuality. In every civilizations the rule is that the biologic father has to take parental responsability. Nobody can really be sure of who is the biologic father, so in some tribes all male adults have a partial parental responsability to all the children. But in the Abrahamic civilizations Recreative Sex is considered a sin. So their scholars can only argue that fear and greed are the strongest social bonding mechanisms. And that's why political propaganda concocted by their specialists often fell into deaf hears when they try to push it into other non Abrahamic populations.

Propaganda has economic, material, and cultural bases. People are psychologically inclined to associate prosperity with the West which has accumulated the planet’s wealth through imperialism and colonialism. Power is attractive. Who would want to line up and queue for food- an image so well associated with communism rather than economic collapse bought on by sanctions and perpetual wars throughout the ages. It has been gone on for so long, it will be difficult to break it until the people themselves suffer economic and material deprivation. The levelling of global wealth through BRICS and de-dollarisation might help.

    The science of assumption.
And assumption is the mother of all conspiracies.
And conspiracy theory is the root cause of acts of radicalism, up to and including acts of a terroristic nature, foreign and domestic.
And when in test of the theory given the state of another as suspect as ones opponent, we have the game of identity assumption.
And it's method of approach by condition is called the games-reality condition in determination of the state of another as a player with a cause who either plays by an elusive or non elusive nature. (By method of approach.)
And given the g factor of this condition (elusive nature) we have a masking of the 8 principle factors most likely used given this player with a primary objective: character, identity, declaration, doctrine, intention, primary objective, advancing position, situation.
As hidden in order to prevent being localized as well as being the first to achieving the objective given the cause.
And you'll find that by condition, the players adopt the same condition by g or r factor (offensive-defensive position) in order to achieve ones objective first for the 'win.'
These 8 factors (given players with a cause) in combination with their structure, function and flows within their locales by these 8 units of measure (assimilation, transmigration, Isolationism, Destabilization, Infrastructure, Economy, Policy, enforcement) predictable results given the actions of ones opponents can r factor the intentions behind their primary objectives given the cause thus keeping the players on the board and following the rules and the moves predictable given an international rules based system to prevent what led to ww1 to begin with (a complete and dominant use of the elusivitity factor among the majority when it comes to conspiracy theory.)

Dear Pascal, I love your podcast and all the analysts, strategists and even polymaths you invite to comment on geopolitical events happening right now, but I do differ markedly on one fundamental issue and that is your collective understanding of the role, function, attitude and business offering of your Western mass-media as follows:
I cannot understand why you guys have such a simplistic, naïve (childlike) almost country bumpkin view and understanding of the Western mass-media complex? I think you all expect it to be a 'certain thing' and behave in a certain way, when in reality it is (often by its own admission) a completely 'different thing.'
Your Western mass-media complex isn't value or ethically bound to present to you its audience what you and I understand to be the ;TRUTH,' Instead it is specifically and intentionally designed to represent the interests of the ruling class, at the expense of the 'lumpen.' It is owned, supported, bought and paid for by the ruling class and acts in their interests in the most obvious, brazen, unrepentant and 'Bernaysian' way and it doesn't pretend otherwise.
Why do we, the 'great unwashed' who don't own a single share or controlling interest in this media complex think that it owes us any favors brother? This is a simpleton's attitude, when the owners of the mass-media interpret all of life through the lenses of ownership and transactionalities. Think of the Western mass-media complex not as a 'tool' to condition or brainwash you and I, even though that is of ancillary benefits to the ruling class, but rather think of this Atlasian, ever-present entity as sharing a daily autobiographical account of how it (the Masters of the Universe) sees the world, how it wants the world to be through its own megalomaniacal vision of this world, built upon its own 'image and likeness.' It shares with us its own 'truths' because the ruling class's truths are different to ours in the same way that their hobbies, interests and sexual proclivities are different to ours.
To us, the ruling class's values are skewed, warped, delusional and insane. To them, we the earthly, common chattel cannot see what they, the 'gods,' the kings and the 'givers of life and death' see, in the same way that a lion can correctly claim that he and a household variety cockroach cannot hold the same views because they have different roles to play in our world. These 'ruling class' attitudes, outlooks and belief systems were inherited from ancient and medieval royalty, who held exactly the same deep-seated pathologies, reinforced over and over again by their generational abilities to shape people, society, kingdoms and events around them and of course, bolstered by their unending stream soothsayers, acolytes and secondary beneficiaries.
In the final analysis, they give us all the 'social constructs' they intentionally brainwash us to believe we need, like education (their versions of it), jobs, money, medical-aids, a house in crowded neighborhoods and a body of laws that restrains us and we' repay the aforementioned security by giving them the 'run of the land' and the keys to the kingdom. Quid pro quo..............
    FACTUM EST......PASCAL
