Is block not considered one of 3 touches? It seemed like there was a touch on a block multiple times throughout 2 sets, and players still utilized 3 touch rule.

@B In the official FIVB rules for 2017-2020 it says:
14.4.1 A blocking contact is counted as a team hit. The blocking team will have only two more hits after a blocking contact.
