I think even though that's true, it doesn't matter because you should never judge someone based on looks.
I like the Mattel's doll face better (I like the disney's hair better)
I'd feel like if i did get both the blue dress Cinderella dolls, i'd end up switching the disney's head with the mattel's head.
So, two of each of the ladies except the Prince.....typical. :/
But OMG so lovely and detailed! And those faces! Best yet!

How serendipitous, Sophie look just like Cinderella from the televised version of Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella when they swapped outfits. That could be a really cool idea for a custom.
I just bought the Disney version of the Lady Tremaine and I think she's just beautiful and sooo realistic to the actual actress.

The Disney store ones look more like the actors of Cinderella
I am so happy. I bought the Mattel ball Cinderella doll today with my Christmas money. She has the prettier face in my opinion compared to the Disney store one.
The nostalgia- I used to ask what's the music during like.. when she said "she gonna add the dolls at the collection" thingy shshhshshs

I actually like the 'face sculpt' on the Wal-Mart Cinderella doll better...but all the clothing from the Disney Store line is notably 'nicer'. Many thanks for the review, FroggyStuff...!

I don't have a tv in my room so your Darbie shows are what I like to watch when I'm bored but not as much as I love to watch your crafting videos they are so clever and amazing and it would never cross my mind to think of such amazing ideas that you think of

These dolls look simply GORGEOUS!!! I hope I'm lucky enough to get them!
I bought all of them as well....really love some aspects of Mattel's line (Lady Tremaine, Cinderella's purple layered skirt, Fairy Godmother's dress color), but the details in Disney Store's are equal to the Designer line in my opinion.

Mattle's cinderella has a closer similarity to the movie with the dress but other than that the disney store's dolls are so much better. The fairy godmother from the disney store looks more alike with helena bonham carter (the actress who plays the fairy godmother) and the cinderella dolls (from both stores look more like cinderella's mother than cinderella herself.
Mattel. Mattel's Cinderella has a nicer dress and face. The disney store version of Lady Tremaine looks so much more like the actress and I have the same to say about the fairy godmother and the Cinderella dressed for her wedding day's dress.
