      I'd say it was less engaging, visually, than other ruins in Greece, but the connections to famous people and events gave it a lot more impact!

    Come out of retirement Joel, don’t do it for the money, do it because your thousands of fans need you to! I’m almost at 250 sites and most of them you have made so much better as you’d done a really well presented video on it! Maybe make an option for top fans to send money or sell merch!

    The city of Philippi from the Bible is today's city of Plovdiv. Historians have proven it. today's Philippi was a garrison in Greece and there is no river in it.

      Plovdiv was called Philippopolis, among other names. Not Philippi. Furthermore, no such thing has been proven.

      @@AthrihosPithekos Today's village of Philippi in Greece was then a Roman garrison for retired soldiers. In the village of Philippi, there is no river for ships to float on, as described in the Bible.

      @@AthrihosPithekos At that time, Philippopolis was a regional city with two basilicas, a Roman stadium, two amphitheatres, and ships regularly sailed along the Maritza River.
