Noah is human! This is how we are. Irrational, emotional and just plain nuts. Especially when it comes to relationships. People who struggle with emotional connections like Noah, push away those they love the most in hard times. We LOVE Luke and he is a strong man. Try not to forget these two truly love one another. Love isnt always pretty that is part of what makes it something to cherish. The effort put forth. If they were the perfect couple you all would be screaming "unrealistic!".
I know the writers had to do something to move Noah out of the house into the dorm, so he and Luke wouldn't have "alone" time. I guess the storyline could have been worse. Once Noah's moved they can get back together. I love Van's performance this episode.
I liked the Noah/Ameera storyline alot. It made Noah more real. Both luke and noah's characters were better fleshed out, both good and bad, from the ameera story. Noah was able to have his own family and prove his own worth as a person. that's important to be able to bring to any relationship.
I completely agree. I mean... while I can understand Luke's pain, he should just give Noah a chance. It's obvious that Noah still cares for Luke, so Luke should just take it easy for a while. It really is like Holden and Lily. lol

A previous aluded to another soap where the one of the protagonists was with a priest. Since Reg is in college, he would be a student--in a seminary preparation program--while getting his Bachelor's degree. (And some religions allow priests to be gay and partnered.)
What I never understood is how Noah seemed to care more about Ameera and her feelings and not take Luke's into consideration. After all the crap they had to go thru together and still come out strong, for him to dismiss Luke so easily just never sat well with me. He knew Ameera for so little time, but jumps to her defense withot giving Luke a second thought. I would be fed up too if I were Luke and don't blame him for exploring the possibility of seeing someone else.
I have to quote Madonna "Give it to me" I believe think their relationship is a positive influence for the show. "They say that a good thing never lasts and that it has to fall, and those are the people that did not amount to much at all." Silly writers... Poor actress that had to endure playing Ameera... Love to all my Nuke fans!! Hang in there!!!
That was harsh when Luke said that Noah was messed up. While it is true in a way, it still was too mean for my liking. And Noah's face at the end was awesome. I can't wait until they're back together. Though I like when they're arguing, the arguments should have meaning, like the past couple of episodes. This one wasn't as good.
What I reckon is that in the course of feds/lawyers investigating Ameera's case, they discovered some previously unknown relatives in LA. They'd have to be blood relatives otherwise she wouldn't be able to get sponsorship and have the marriage annulled. Ameera's story remains unfinished. Remember the colonel said a powerful group wanted her return to Iraq? Why would a powerful organisation care about her if she were just a random Iraqi lady? Loose ends abound.
Great one Luke: "OH SHUT UP, I'm paying." Noah needs to get over things, he hangs on to the past too much, and Luke might be a little pushy. I don't blame him at all cuz I'd be the same way, but Holden was probably right about giving Noah space, which Luke DIDN'T (because it's a fricken soap opera, they can't have the two actually split up). If I watch the episodes up to Part185 and see they're still not TOGETHER, I'm going to be pissed off. Hopefully I won't be disappointed by this show, again.
...Frustrating as heck but I somehow can't stop watching! I'm hoping they'll have a scene like Olli and Christian in the club right before Christian admits he loves Olli.
