Awww.. Jason I feel ya. I lost my voice the FIRST day of a cruise. We were having a facebook meet and greet on embarkation and I couldn't say a word. Mine lasted about 3 days. The ladies in the alchemy bar were so sweet. They were determined to get my voice back and kept whipping me up delicous concoctions. Not sure it worked but I had fun trying!

Huevos Rancheros is my favorite on the Sea Day Brunch menu 😋 That brisket sandwich looked AMAZING definitely will be trying that in 2 weeks on the Glory 🛳
What do you think carnival will do for cruises coming from norfolk.va. to the east Caribbean Nassau Freeport and half moon cay,I leave october 14th with hurricane dorian tearing it up
Have you guys ever purchased alcohol "duty free" abroad but had to pay taxes in Galveston? I know other ports are okay like New Orleans been there did that. I've never sailed out of Galveston before. Thanks for any info.

Man I wish this new brunch menu was on the Carnival Valor. I don't think it's on all the ships yet. Ah well. Unless the official website isn't updated, it's going to be the old standard menu for us.
Eggs benedict - POACHED, not fried. Also, the original McDonald's Egg McMuffin was an attempt to make a hand-held version of eggs benedict, so the poached egg is cooked through (instead of perfectly poached), and the hollandaise sauce replaced by the slice of American cheese. The original is much, much better, of course. I prefer the version with smoked salmon, myself. :-)
