Something I love about this Akuma is that Jalil is so terrible at ancient Egypt mythology that he got the god of writing and magic confused with time. I don't know if it's on purpose, but I think its pretty funny (also, Thoth is more commonly depicted as an Ibis, not whatever head that is).
I forgot how much I loved this episode but, as a history buff, the Egyptian history (in the english dub at least) is messed up. Nefertiti (aka the dead wife the villain is trying to bring back) is not King Tut's wife, but the first wife of his father, King Akhenaten. Nefertiti actually has no relation to King Tut and she died a year after Tut became Pharaoh. In another dub (Korean I think) they use Tut's actual wife's name, Queen Ankhesenamun, but the episode makes that historically inaccurate because she actually died way later than he did. The French dub is the more accurate one, using King Akhenaten and Nefertiti as their names. Also, the episode states that this pharaoh (Tut) lived 5,000 years ago, but Tut ruled about 3,300 years ago, yet another inaccuracy. So there's your small History lesson :)

The Ladybug comics confirmed that when a new concept is created a kwami is born. In the Big Bang, the creator of the universe, Tikki was born, she was the first one, and with creation comes destruction, so Plagg was the second one🤧 I don't really know what do the other kwamis represent🤔... like, Nooroo represents corruption? But his powers aren't supposed to be bad or used for evil so idk...🤷🏻♂️ And also the Miraculous are just artifacts for humans to ser and perceive Kwamis so the Kwamis don't need them to be alive... so that could mean there are literally millions of kwamis without miraclulous🤧😂

The reason the English doesn’t match their mouth is because season 1 their mouths were animated in french but for season 2/3 they reanimated their mouths specifically for the English dub

Didn't the NY special explain that the costumes have a magic that prevents people from realizing who's transformed? Though the fact that Uncanny realized who they are in that special because shes an AI brings up the question if Markov knows the identities of Ladybug, Chat, and Hawkmoth because of his akuma episode. (Personally I think he knows but is too nice to say anything)
@@infitomes7035 At least how I understand it is that the magic protects their identities from being revealed due to obvious similarities, but it can only do so much. This is why they won't put on the masks during the Frightningale episode, meaning that since Felix is identical to Adrien (for some reason), he would most likely be able to figure out his identity if he dressed like Chat. That is a good point though since we're not entirely sure how it works so I hope we get to find out in the future just how much the magic protects them.

Yes, the power levels and abilities of those akumatized varies wildly, this was one of the more powerful villains. 2. my favorite season one episode is The Mime. 3. I want a spinoff series, mini-series, or movie special that explores the adventures of Miraculous throughout time. I want to see 3000 BC Ladybug and Cat Noir, I want to see Lafayette with the eagle Miraculous! ... Peace.
This has nothing to do with the video, but I had the realization today that if Felix decided one day to dress up as Chat Noir for Halloween or something... there would be problems! I mean, I think the most likely person to figure Marinette out is Luka but the most likely person to figure Adrien out is Felix. What do you think?

@@infitomes7035 At least how I understand it is that the magic protects their identities from being revealed due to obvious similarities, but it can only do so much. This is why they won't put on the masks during the Frightningale episode, meaning that since Felix is identical to Adrien (for some reason), he would most likely be able to figure out his identity if he dressed like Chat. That is a good point though since we're not entirely sure how it works so I hope we get to find out in the future just how much the magic protects them.
