I workout in the same gym that Goodvito does, and he didn’t tore anything, it was “just” like an inflammation that he got. I don’t think he gest posed many times, and was his first time he guest posed here in Brazil. He is already treating the injury, and working out as well.
I appreciate this group. The real "ride or die" friends. Not a bunch of sell-outs like the others... Nick, Brett, Justin. Now Guy is slowly slipping in this trend. Sad to see sell-outs are more popular than true friends. Keep rolling, guys. You four bring a lot of laughs, in-depth insight, and thought.
The tan thing dates back to Ancient Egypt. Women were depicted as white because they stayed inside, and the men were brown because they worked outside. This is also why Japanese women /Geisha wear very white makeup. Hispanics, specifically Mexicans, also avoid excessive tans as it is an indication of outdoor labor. Which is why you often see them wearing long sleeves. This is a very ancient tradition that is still visible all around the world
I swore Paul was bull shitting until I went to my moms house this past weekend. I used her Dell to print off paper work and for the first 20 minutes It was so slow and once it warmed up it was perfect 😂
I grew up in Buffalo and used to go to Canada often. We still go at least once a year. I really enjoyed the border crossing talk! I can totally identify with those stories.
I literally just moved to Texas from Minnesota a month ago. I love it, never going back. In Minnesota my driveway was a sheet of ice from November to April. I’d much rather deal with the heat. It’s a lot easier to just take a cold shower to cool down and recharge than to deal with the snow and ice.
Dude… I’m bummed I missed that event in Franklin. I gotta get on IG more so I don’t miss out. Been performing in Nashville going on 6 years now.. Iain’s explanation is spot on. Lmao

Appreciate Mike acknowledging RX to be the first BB channel to transition to digital broadcasting from the magazines, especially Dave at MD. Some of the questions feel like they have been internally created. Sometimes, for employees to walk and take another direction is generally the approach from the employers' application of interpersonal skills. Let's not forget Nick Walker is currently the 3rd best open bodybuilder in the world!!!! Also came second at the Arnold by bringing a package where he was smaller and not the mutant we know, aceto said the other day if he brings that last year olympia look with improved legs he has a shot at winning.
I have a question for you guys. I'm 50 and have been lifting pretty much consistently since i was 13 so a long, long time. I think I have most of it down at this point, but I do struggle with getting a pump, and I pretty much always have. I'm not a fan of taking pump supplements partly because the ones I've tried did very little and partly because I don't really like dropping money on them. How important do you think getting a noticable pump is? I have always gotten decent result with getting a pump but I admit I wonder if I would grow faster if I got consistent pumps. Any thoughts on this. Aldo is i there any vitamins or minerals that I may be missing that I could easily add and may make a difference?
