I remember watching this episode when I was a toddler.
I was born in the 90s but this episode aired.
I remember watching this on Volume 2 that I got in 2011 and I still got it today along with the other volumes of Terrahawks.
When I was 5 Zelda scared the living daylights out of me...
Watching her again now... I get goosebumps.. and the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.... She's evil. Lol.
Easily the most terrifying villian in children's television history !!
I just imagine her sitting in a factory storeroom somewhere plotting to get out and kill us all
Zelda reminds me of the Wicked Witch in "The Wizard of Oz".
I watched every episode from behind the sofa, because she absolutely scared the ever-living bejesus out of me. I think I missed about half of every episode on first viewing, because I was cowering down every time Zelda was on screen

One of my favourite episodes. Feels a lot like classic Gerry Anderson. Has some of the best music in all the episodes of Terrahawks. Wish I could get hold of it!
Not watched a Terrahawks episode for years,very good,the zeroids are so well done,Windsor Davies magnificent as Zero and No 101 is so camp! What a remarkable man Gerry Anderson was,we all owe him so much❤️.

Terrahawks used to play on the one TV channel we had in Pakistan called PTV, circa 1986.
I must have recorded this episode because the dialogue is imprinted on my brain.
I have watched it after some 35 years and I could literally recall every line of dialogue, every soundbite, every frame.
I want to scream! Hahaha
This was the first episode I also saw of Terrahawks.

When I was small back then in the 80's, Terrahawks would sometimes come on. I didn't pay much attention to the episodes but I loved the theme tune. My father however having growing up in the 60's and loving Star Trek and Thunderbirds (also by Gerry Anderson), really enjoyed Terrahawks and would focus intently on the episode storylines.
Excellent perfect Saturday lunch time viewing.

Please find more episodes .. flaming good .brings back memories of my childhood .should still be in production .,surely it would do well . No cgi all real meat and bones love this show also one similar not sure of name, was very dark darker than this.

Wow. That took me back! It was a regular thing when this was broadcast on Sundays in the UK, for a load of us to go round a mate's house and watch Terrahawks. In 1983, I was 20, and it was a great way to end the week. Thanks. It was a good show, and I do remember some episodes being quite dark - the first one with MOID*, and one where one of the Ninestein clones is killed - maybe it was the same episode, but I always found MOID more than a little creepy

That was 'Battle of the Planets'.. a Sandy Frank adaptation of the Japanese anime series 'Gatchaman'. Each team member drove a different vehicle which joined together to form the Phoenix.. Great show, loved it as a kid. The original series though was very violent and graphic all of which was edited and dumbed down so as not to offend the American audience. When I was a teenager I got ahold of a Japanese version of it, wow, huge difference.
Starfleet was puppets and they flew the x bomber and had 3 fighter ships that joined together to form the mighty dai-x. Loved that show. It got released on dvd a while ago.

The fact that Ninestein imitates Lt. Hiro's accent, and the latter just says nothing is just really strange to watch in 2020. Like I get at the time (in UK 80s tv) maybe its considered a funny joke but the character even responds with silence as if he's heard this joke about his accent a hundred times. Its a very weird and completely random moment, seems more like something out of South Park.

To me Battlehawk was equivalent to TB2, Terrahawk similar to TB1, Spacehawk like TB5 and Treehawk like TB3. I don't think there was anything close to TB4. Hawkwing a cross between TB1 and 2
