Sirji: Wondering how to justify AC. Very difficult proposition to explain. Esp when the AC get old the efficiency goes down and tenet doesnt put in perspective to be cooperative ( not bookish tenets )

SIRJI, Good It is important to know the price difference, the owners make their money in fully furnished by about 30% more in price. This is on customers to choose , personally I would go for semi furnished as you have choice to choose your own furniture and other accessories. THANKS.

Unfurnished me Without Wardrobe and Without Moduler Kitchen Ata hai Semi furnished me With Wardrobe and With Moduler Kitchen and Sabhi Equipment ka connection appartment me hoga Aap requirements ke Anusar Aap laga sakte hai.
Aur Full Furnished me Bed Lighting Soafa Sabkuchh hota . Aapko sirf apna personal clothes lekar rahna hota hai.

Sirji, flat chaiye tha rent par, please aapke pehchan me koi hoga toh Hume bataye, aapki bahut meherbani hogi. Yerwada se 4-5 km k radius me chalega.
