X-frame Hogue rubber grips with the sorbethane padded area made for the S&W 500 magnum fit the model 69. Helps with the recoil. I use one on my model 329PD CCW.
Could this gun be considered for a ccw? I know it's a little big but dropping a round and giving up weight/size is a step in the right direction right?
I got it to take hiking in Bear country so yeah you could just me personally I think it's a bit heavy in weight and recoil for every day carry but if weight doesn't bother you then just load up some specials or light mags and it would work fine.

Someone said you can load your .44 Mag brass down to .44 special; of course you can, you can also pee sitting down.
Good review. Thanks
Mag-na-port can EDM aka electrical discharge machine ports in the barrel to help mitigate the recoil.
TK Custom alters the cylinder for moon clips but you still retain the ability to single load or use a Speed Loader. No downside at all.
