Deadmau5 is without a doubt the preeminent Modern DJ and remixer. All of his material is easily identifiable (to my ears) which is quite a statement considering most people consider techno/house music to be a looping endless "oontz-oontz-oontz" beat. Deadmau5 has distinct SONGS with melody lines, guest vocals, etc....just several cuts above the rest. Just discovered Mau5trap radio and really enjoying all of the mixes but this one stands out as it grabs you by the throat from the intro to the first track which is just a banger and continues onward and upward from there. Simply top notch music of ANY genre. Thank you Deadmau5 and all of the guest artists who appear on these mixes.

There are far better reasons. 1.) sources of inspiration 2.) don't do it for the money, it gets worse and your devotion gets pretty much lost. 3.) be unique and not a fckin copycat. 4.) always ask yourself: "does it last to be still good?" 5.) do you even know about complexity of mixing and mastering? 6.) Always create it for *YOUR* convince and not what others want (to hear). 7.) try dealing with criticism when people say it sounds _"shit", "muddy"_ 8.) Always put a motive/story behind your songs. (something always can feel again, when you hear it) 9.) don't remix songs in desperate hope people will love it. 10.) *NEVER SET YOURSELF UNDER PRESSURE*
