Same applies for trance, psy-trance scene and many other genres that are just stuck. It's just I was glad to find a mix that sounded like something from that era when it was fresh.

I prefer Dark Drum&Bass because it reminds me of classic Jungle Raves! I don't like Melodic Drum&Bass very much, but it's up to each one, I prefer Dark Drum&Bass!

Dark and Neurofunk DnB are the best. Liquid can be good in a few tracks but most aren't Imho, it's too stale and "nice" sort of, a lot of it is sonically and production-wise uninteresting. I do like some of the slightly harder melodic DnB tho, if they mix melodic with slightly harder beatz it's cool.
