For apologyman its kinda obvious, if he plays vergil second, apologyman doesnt even need to spend a meter to snap in vergil he can just kill in order with his unblockable set up. For rayray its not so obvious, im assuming he does it becuz rayray has so much experience vs zero may cry cuz flux was his teammate and they practiced a lot.
