  • Hi my Loves in todays video I showed one of the ways I stretch out my 4c natural hair to look blow dried without using any form of heat.
This method is known as the African threading, I used the plastic thread I got from Nigeria on my hair, it has been a method used for years to stretch out our hair since we were little girls
If you have used this African threading method to stretch out your hair, please let me know in the comment section below.

I also use yhe African threading method to stretch out my hair, but not with that yarn you have, not sure I have seen it in Kenya.
    I love your results.

Yes 😂I remember the neck business!!! When I was little my Mum used to do this to me and oh my word😮I couldn’t bend my neck 😅SO tight!!
I was teased at school and called “potatoes growing at the roots” when I rocked this hairstyle in the 70s and 80s at school in London😂
Thanks for sharing! I need some of that thread😊

How often do you trim your ends and do you trim your ends yourself? Tfs 💜

You say that you don't even attempt wash and go's, but have you ever tried a twist out?

I too don't like doing wash and go. I hair is more on the coily side of 4 type so wash and go don't look great on my hair, it turns out it's too shrinked for me.
