I think there is no shortcut to rise up your speed, all you need to do is practice the rudiments slow to fast. I'm not very good at teaching, so you can search related teaching videos or channel on TH-cam like Drumeo. Also you can watch some master's video : Jojo Mayer, Benny Greb⋯ Sorry for my poor English, and thx for your watching! I'll try to film more covers as soon as possible.
