I’ve often heard that it is very difficult to repair the harm of lashon haRa, like gathering up feathers flying in the wind.
But I want to repair the wrong I’ve said. I’d like to turn curses into blessing. How do I do this?

Does this include during the day when you sleep? I am a bit bad at going to sleep when I should (not sure if I am Jewish - mother has magendavid on gravestone, or I'd follow Shabbat) and staying up through the night. I tend to not do the bedtime Shema when I stay up until dawn.

In the Viduy re: the four types of death/judgment, it says they are burning because of not doing tefillin properly and decapitation (beheading) for not doing tzitzit properly. What is the woman's part in this? Or do women skip those? Thank you so much for this class. I have been saying the Keriat Sh'ma al HaMita more, but wanted to know more and lo and behold there was the class from you for this. Todah rabbah. Shavua tov to you and family! ':-D

I hope you've found out at this point that our sages teach that women are exempt from both Tzittzit and Teffilin.
